1. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. We comply with consumer rights under New Zealand law.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at help@slaxyronvodvorn.world with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

3. Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.
